COVID-19 GUIDANCE FOLLOWING 19 JULY 2021


 


Following the government’s announcement to reduce Covid-19 restrictions as of 19th July 2021, it will still be mandatory to wear a face mask and maintain social distancing within Lime Tree Surgery. This is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and our patients, some of whom are extremely vulnerable.


  


This guidance will be subject to regular review, with the safety of staff and patients paramount to this decision.

Clinics & Services

In addition to general medical consultations we are pleased to be able to provide specialist clinics and services covering the following areas:

  • Contraception advice and sexual health services including fitting the implant and indoctor_baby_girltrauterine devices (coil). Chlamydia testing also available.
  • New patient checks
  • Antenatal clinic - with the midwife.
  • Baby clinic  - Wednesdays 13.30 – 1500 . Care shared between the GP, practice nurse and community health visotors.
  • Patient Health Checks (including high blood pressure, CHD).
  • Asthma checks
  • Diabetic checks
  • Well person checks
  • Travel advice and immunisation
  • Cervical smears
  • Wound care
  • Management of ulcers 
  • Dressings and treatment of minor injuries
  • Removal of stitches
  • Dietary advice
  • Smoking cessation advice
  • Alcohol Advice
  • Flu vaccinations
  • Childhood immunisations
  • Ear syringing
